First question is ”why do you want a larger penis?’ It is a fallacy held by many men that sex is better for women with men who have larger penises. That is false. None of them actually work. Some of them may increase blood flow to your penis temporarily, but have other side effects such as heart problems.

Go see a sex therapist. Don’t take pills as they can make it worse. In most cases, its how you use it that makes the difference.

unless you get major surgery, or are still well within puberty, the pills will do nothing.
