They don’t work… only proven surgery is for a condition known as micro falis undevelopement penis size on litte boys, they cut they suspensory ligament and and bring forward from 1 to 4 inches still inside they body. Sense 2001 this procedure as been available for cosmetic surgery. At they same time you can add almost 50% thicker shaft by taking stripos of tissue from you waist line and insert them into the saft of the penis and connect with the other tissue, takes about 2 hrs and you only have to wait 6 weeks until you have sex again!!!

The commercials claim they are clinically tested but none are approved by the FDA. That’s why most are sold as dietary supplements not pills like viagra. which has been tested and FDA approved. but Viagra is intended to make it hard not larger. Genetics and God will determine how big your skippy is going to be. At this time there is nothing I know of that will truely increase a penis.

    My freaking god!
Why is penis size so fricking important!
It’s not like whoever you’re having sex with is going to look down and go “Oh damn it’s too small… sorry, we’re going to have to stop now”
    what the hell!?

They do work but not how you think. They increase blood flow to your groin area and make you have more girth before length. You will a difference in the first few days of using the drugs.

If they are prescription-only, then they have to be FDA approved. Over-the-counter drugs are not usually clinically tested.
